Wife, mom of 2, latte lover, and fitness enthusiast… okay not really that last part. 😉
I didn’t get the certifications you see below because I love fitness and eating well, or because I lost a bunch of weight and followed the path here, nope,
I got these so I could gain the knowledge to help myself go from a sedentary life to an all around healthier life.
It’s a bit in reverse, I know…
But I’m sharing my journey from craving snickers to craving health and hoping it encourages other women like me to do the same. I hope you’ll stick around and maybe even, join in!
My Credentials:
We get to create the healthy lifestyle we desire as a result of our actions. Since we can choose our actions, we CAN create change.
We rest because we need it in every area of our life, especially for health. We rest because craving a healthy lifestyle is not the same as obtaining a certain result by "any means necessary".
We accept where we are, and where we want to go. We don't desire health because we hate our current self or bodies. We want to be healthier because we love ourself and appreciate all our body does for us every day.
We live in victory. Getting healthier is not easy but it's a battle we can approach knowing we can win. We ARE capable of defeating bad habits, negative cycles, poor self-esteem, and more, that stands in our way.
Our health journey has no final destination. It's a life long process and will continue to evolve. Being healthy will never go out of style, but the journey will change along the way - and that's a good thing.

These are the things I want to crave and make second nature.
